Do you offer a money back guarantee?

Yes we do. Yabsta is happy to refund any hard bounces in excess of 5%. That is provided this is reported within 30 days of supply, and the split between hard and soft bounces is clearly shown.
On phone numbers we offer money back if over 5% are goneaways and with direct mail we will give you your money back on any goneaways providing you send us the details within 30 days of purchase.

What if I need to cancel my order?

There is 50% cancellation charge for all orders. We must be informed within 24 hours of order completion.
